SHIPPING
1. Return Policy
For your convenience, item(s) purchased may be exchanged within 7 working days from receipt of goods. No items purchased will be refunded unless you can prove that quality has been compromised by the distributor. Courier cost of the return will be billed to you and further details on how to return an item will be shared with the customer via email correspondence. Please send an email to info@mortzoutdooraccessories.co.za with the subject line ITEM RETURN together with your request details to receive instructions on how to return your items.
2. Courier cost
All items purchased will be subject to an additional courier cost of R150 that will be billed to your invoice. We make use of Courier Guy couriers. No shipping cost for orders over R1500.
All deliveries/shipments are made utilizing the “economy service”. Should you require an express/overnight delivery, please contact us via our listed contact methods to make arrangements for this.
If the quotation is less than our flat-rate of R150.00, then the flat-rate of R150.00 shall still apply.
3. Delivery times
Once payment has been verified you will be notified of an estimate delivery date. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for delivery of yur items after payment has been verified. You will also be notified of any changes to this policy.
Our delivery service only operates from Mondays to Fridays.
4. Invoice and payment
We will provide you with an invoice with a unique reference number once you’ve submitted your order. Proof of payment must be emailed to info@mortzoutdooraccessories.co.za and once your payment has been verified we will dispatch your order. An email will be sent to you to verify that we have received your payment together with an estimated date of arrival.
